Email [email protected] and you'll get a reply from a person, usually within two business days. Your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened both help a lot.
Lost data, or the app won't open? Don't erase anything yet — recovery is often possible, and erasing is not. Write to [email protected] first.
How Stuffed works
Give every dollar an envelope, spend what's inside, keep the rest.
- Plan — decide what each envelope should hold each cycle.
- Payday — tear open the pay envelope and every envelope refills to plan at once.
- Spend — log what you spend against the envelope it came from.
- Empty means empty — move money between envelopes rather than overspending.

How much does Stuffed cost?
Stuffed starts with a free week. After that it's a plan: monthly, yearly, or a one-time purchase that's yours for good, priced for your region in the app. Everything is included, and there are no ads. If you downloaded Stuffed before version 1.2, everything that was free then stays free. The terms set out how it works.
Does Stuffed connect to my bank?
No. Stuffed is deliberately manual: you type your balances and enter what you spend. That's why there is no account, no login, and no budget of yours on a server to breach. It also means the numbers are only as right as what you enter.
Where is my data?
Your budget is on your iPhone, and in your iPhone's own backup. There's no account and no server of ours holding any of it. The app sends only anonymous usage counts, which you can turn off in Settings, and a record of purchases, and neither holds anything from your budget. See the privacy policy.
How do I move to a new phone?
Restore your new phone from an iPhone backup (iCloud Backup, or a backup made through a Mac or PC); Stuffed's data is in both.
How do I cancel my plan?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge, and nothing you built is deleted: your envelopes, spends and goals stay on your phone, ready for when you have a plan again. If you downloaded Stuffed before version 1.2, there's nothing to cancel: it's all yours, free.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us what went wrong as well, because that part we can actually fix.
How do I start over?
In Settings, Start over erases everything Stuffed has stored. It can't be undone, so export a spreadsheet first if you might want the history.
