I want to cancel or get a refund
In shortCancel in your Apple subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Payments for Stuffed go through Apple, so Apple handles cancelling and refunds.
- In Stuffed, open Settings, tap Your plan, then Manage subscription.
- Or open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Stuffed.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
On a trial? Cancel at least a day before it ends and you won't be charged. After you cancel, Stuffed keeps working until the time you've paid for runs out. Your budget stays on your phone either way.
Paid once instead of a subscription? Nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel.
For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose to request a refund. We can't refund App Store payments ourselves.
